Investment/Divestment Decisions: Delivering Recommendations Rapidly
When companies are considering investments in or divestments of specific technologies or specific commercial entities, we are often presented with a range of timelines for getting results back to management - the one day, 1 week, 1 month scenario.
How can we ensure that we consider deploying the appropriate competitive intelligence techniques to ensure that the commercial case on which a decision can be reached is established as rapidly as possible?
A range of interactive case studies will be presented, where the audience will be invited to participate in suggesting the techniques they would use. The speaker will then reveal the techniques deployed, and the actual timelines involved.
Audience take-away includes:
- Establishing the brief, time well spent
- Provision of early key indicators to management
- Deployment of resource/tools (using the appropriate intelligence to get to recommendations).
